Recent congressional and public attention has focused on access problems at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, which provides medical care to servicemen and women once they have left active duty in a time of war or an official period of hostility. Although investigators note that improvements are under way, they say the VA has a long way to go.

Today, on the official Fallout site, Bethesda announced the winner of the Fallout 10th Anniversary Contest where fans had a chance to design a Perk for Fallout 3, with the winner getting their Perk in the Fallout 3 and taking home a boatload of cool prizes. Twenty-four hours after confirming a January release in North America, Koei has today revealed a European launch of Dynasty Warriors 6 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on March 7th 2008.
